DNC and DNCC Joint Statement 100 Days Out from the Democratic National Convention

Today, Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chair Jaime Harrison and Democratic National Convention Committee (DNCC) Chair Minyon Moore released the following statement 100 days out from the 2024 Democratic National Convention:

“100 days from today, the eyes of the world will turn to Chicago as Democrats from across the country gather to renominate President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. The 2024 Democratic National Convention will be a celebration of the Biden-Harris administration’s historic track record of accomplishments, their vision for the next four years, and set the stage for what’s at stake this November. Together, we will bring the story of our party and our president to the American people – a story of progress, unity, and possibilities.

“Make no mistake: this election will be the most consequential election of our lifetimes. While Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans continue their divisive campaign of revenge and retribution, our convention will display the values that underpin who we are as Americans. The convention is a key step in the democratic process and an opportunity to tell the Biden-Harris story. We are excited to welcome delegates and guests back in person while also building on the success of our last convention to make sure more Americans than ever before can see, hear, and participate in this pivotal moment for the United States.”
